Introducing you to a tool, with endless possibilities for your improvisation training, movement research and choreographic construction. This set of cards is a collection of movement concepts, categorized in the four nature elements of earth, fire, water and air. You can learn how it works and combine, reinvent and play with the deck - and now you get the chance to learn how to professionally work with it and become a Game Master of alcheMe.
The Four Elements
The four elements serve you as container for different movement concepts. Each element has three levels; each level contains three ingredients. In total the deck contains 9 ingredients per element with inputs for a specific movement research. Those instructions can be translated into many dance styles and adapted to different levels of complexity. Every concept comes with an instruction, a list of keywords and an extra challenge. The root of the concept is the fusion of the founders background: Hip-Hop Freestyle and Physical Theater.

Welcome to the new era of alcheMe, where you can become the teacher, the jam organizer, the space holder or simply the expert of a tool for your own freestyle practice. No matter if you are teaching already and are curious to expand your didactic toolbox or are looking for a boost in your freestyle skills - this tool accompanies you in the creation of meaningful, fun experiences and can be rediscovered again and again.āāāāāāā
This program enables you to become an expert in the full alcheMe method accompanied by the alcheMe cards. By the end of the program YOU are going to hold your class, where the choice is up to you, which focus you set and which resources you apply. By completing this pleasant exam, you'll officially become a certified Instructor of alcheMe method that gives you the opportunity to create your own classes around the concept and to resell the deck.āāāā

After completing this program, you'll get the certificate as alcheMe Game Master and will be officially allowed to teach the method and to resell the deck. NEW EDITION SUMMER 2026
SHAPE THE NEW EDITION of the deck
Your Flavor will be included
This will happen only once. Currently, the new design of the cards is being developed. You'll get a home made prototype version of the set during the first live group session and the final deck by the end of the self study block. During the first phase you can test the cards while practicing the ingredients and unpack the set step by step. In every group session, there are 15 minutes reserved to get feedbacks about the design of the cards, the choice of symbols and the formulation of the input. Your feedback will be directly implemented into the final version. By the official release in early summer, you'll get a product, that is adjusted to your needs and inputs.

You'll have the possibility to take orders and make a side hustle, without any risk. The money you make by holding your own classes will flow 100% to you. In the meantime, the alcheMe academy is building greater collaborations with schools and institutions and the goal is, to be able to mediate our own teachers and to expand our geographical range and presence in different settings and social contexts. Your network and vision might influence the whole journey - this run is directly built with the people, for the people. Join the baby steps and be there when the fruits are ripe!
How is the program structured?
āThe access to the method happens through your own experience as a dancer first. Before worrying about the translation for others, you can dive into your own movement research that will level up your game. You'll get 12 training inputs in a structured way and finish each module by sending a video of you (between 90 sec - 3 minutes) experimenting the tools you receive. Send the video in with a little comment about your experience and receive the next task. You can move in your pace, but ideally you do 1 session per week to stay in the over-all structure.

Once a month, Muud will host a group intensive about one element. In this class you will get instruction from the source of the method and can access the content in a more interactive and direct way. The idea is, that you discover the ingredients before the introduction of Muud, to paint your own picture first.

By the end of the element modules, Muud is holding 2 group classes about teaching strategies such as planning of a class and the application of the tool in a live setting.ā in different formats. You'll be provided support and have a personal monthly check-in with Muud. Like this you will be all ready to hold your exam.

About the Exams
You'll finish the program with a theoretical and a practical exam. You should have all the tools to perform this task with ease and fun. The theory exam is the preparation of a class in a written or any visual form. You can choose your own way of noting it down, but it has to be understandable, accompanied by your explanation.

Theory Exam: Class Concept
In an online session you'll meet up with Muud in a small group setting, showing your concept for the class including Warm-Up and time estimation of the different phases. Muud will ask some questions to reaffirm your choices and comment on where there is potential to reconsider or expand parts. Also there are going to be some general questions about the method to see, if you understood the core principles. This will be the perfect preparation to plan your real class.
Practical Exam: Your class
You're ready for the final exam, which is to hold your own class supported by the method and the cards. You choose how present they are during the class or if they help you as a mental and thematic guideline. Members of the group can join your exam class but you also have the freedom to invite further people. Muud will be present and take notes.

Evaluation: Guidlines
After successfully completing your class, you'll get the feedback to specific points and criteria within the exam guidelines, that will be handed to you during the preparation. This ensures objectivity and a clear foundation you can rely on while preparing your class.

Certificateā as Game Master!
As you will surely pass this amazing exam, you then get the certificate as alcheMe Game Maste and will be officially entitled to teach with the method and to resell the deck. You'll be in the front row of gatherings, possible collabs as teacher for alcheMe and can contribute to new decks, extensions and events around the concept.
PRICE OF THE PROGRAM
Your investment
The program will be paid with five monthly fees of 80 CHF. Your spot will be reserved, by the moment you inscribe and make your first payment. You'll get the introduction video and the first task by the beginning of March and then you'll move in your own pace. There are 5 rates of 80 CHF, which will result in an investment of 400 CHF.

You can move slower through the program. The fee stays the same (5 x 80 CHF). The accompaniment normally ends by the end of August. You can hold your exam until September (Switzerland) or October (Barcelona).

Consider:
After the formation, you can hold for example 4 classes with 4 people and charge about 25 CHF per person and you'll have the invested money back. If you are based in Switzerland, you can hole your classes under very cool conditions in Sous Terrain Studio Bern. + By only selling five decks, you'll get 100 CHF. This is be a win-win mission!

The Swiss artist with Brazilian roots began her career as a Hip-Hop dancer in her teens, which led her to participate in various battles and helped her make a name for herself in the local scene. As a crew leader and organizer, she gained experience by leading her association ‘Bringitback Company’ (2015-2025) from which ‘Duo Siams’ developed, who won some gold medals nationally and silver at the Paris 'Quality Fine Street’ (2018).
She completed her preparatory studies at the Zurich University of the Arts (2018), followed by a fitness and yoga teacher training (2021/2025) and multiple engagements as model, performer and choreographer, while she was teaching dance as a self-employed in her studio Sous Terrain (2020-2025) and mainly starting to get booked as a solo performer.
To ensure a solid professional base in the performing arts, she decided to follow a formation in physical theatre after Jacques Lecoq in Barcelona (2024-2026). She brought to life her first stage play and is broadening her experience as performer and art director on stage and film set in Switzerland and Spain. She got accepted at the BAU University of Barcelona in a Master for Set Design and Art Direction that she will be starting in October 2026.
Muud has been working as a teacher since her teenage years. She brings very practical experience and tools to create unique, creative spaces.
