The 12-Week Program
Explore the method on the dance floor. Dive into your movement research guided by the inputs and level up your game in 12 weeks. You'll get 12 training inputs served in a progressive order that challenge your technic and stimulate your creativity. Finish each module by sending a video of you exploring the ingredients to unlock the next level.
12 Topics for your toolkit
You'll get 12 training bundles composed of three training cards for a training. Dedicate at least one session per bundle and finish each module by sending a video of 90 sec - 3 minutes of you exploring those three ingredients. Comment your experience by adding a short note and unlock the next module.
You can move in your pace, but the recommendation is to do one module per week to stay synchronized with the monthly online classes.ā

Once a month, Muud is hosting a group intensive of one element. In this element marathon you will be guided through all the 9 ingredients and experience where they can take you. Ideally, you discover the ingredients of each element before each intensive with Muud. This ensures an individual approach and interpretation of the method.

The Game Master Formation
Add the month of teacher training to the formation and become an educational expert in the full alcheMe method accompanied by the alcheMe cards. By the end of the program YOU are going to hold your class, where the choice is up to you, which focus you set and which resources you apply. By completing this pleasant exam, you'll officially become a certified Instructor of alcheMe method that gives you the opportunity to create your own classes around the concept and to resell the deck.āāāā

Hold your own Freestyle Labs
The structure of the program
First, you'll get familiar with a tool in the 12-week program, that will make your freestyle vocabulary feel endless. In the second part, you'll get the knowledge of how to structure a class from Warm-up to Cool Down, based on the concept and always with the possibility to make it absolutely your own. Your flavor is, what brings alcheMe to life. You can apply it in a improv class, in reunions with friends, as a host of a jam or during the creation of choreographic pieces.ā

After completing this program, you'll get the certificate as alcheMe Game Master and will be officially allowed to teach the method and to resell the deck. You'll be in the front row of gatherings, possible collabs as teacher for alcheMe and can contribute to new decks, extensions and events around the concept.

THE FINAL EXAM
Teaching your Freestyle Class
You'll finish the program with a theoretical and a practical exam. Both are directly related to the work as a teacher and the understanding of the method.

1.) Theory Exam: Class Concept
In an online session you'll meet up with Muud in a small group setting, showing your theoretical concept for a dance class including Warm-Up and time estimation of the different phases. Muud will ask some questions to reaffirm your choices and comment on where there is potential to reconsider and optimize. There are going to be some general questions about the method to see, if you understood the core principles. This will be the perfect preparation to plan your real class.
2.) Practical Exam: Holding your class
You're ready for the final exam, which is holding your own class supported by the method and the cards. You choose how present they are during the class or if they help you as a mental and thematic guideline. Members of the group can join your exam class. You can invite additional people to your class. Muud will be present and take notes.

3.) Evaluation: Guidlines

After successfully completing your class, you'll get the feedback to specific points and criteria within the exam guidelines, that will be handed to you during the preparation. This ensures objectivity and a clear foundation you can rely on while preparing your class.

As you will surely pass this amazing exam, you then get the certificate as alcheMe Game Master after receiving the feedback by your students and Muud. You will be officially entitled to teach with the method and to resell the deck. You'll be in the front row of gatherings, possible collabs as teacher for alcheMe and can contribute to new decks, extensions and events around the concept.

MORE THAN A SIDE HUSTLE

You'll have the possibility to take orders and resell the deck, without any risk. The money you make by holding your own classes will flow 100% to you. In the meantime, the alcheMe academy is building greater collaborations with schools and institutions to mediate our own teachers and to expand our geographical range and presence in different settings and social contexts. This is a win-win mission.
NEW EDITION SUMMER 2026
Currently, the new design of the cards is being developed. If you join the pilot group in March, you'll get the chance to influence the final deck. You'll get a prototype version of the set and test the cards while practicing the ingredients and following the 12-Week program. In the online intensives, there are 15 minutes reserved to discuss design of the cards, the choice of symbols and the formulation of the input collectively. Your feedback will be directly implemented into the final version. By the official release in early summer, you'll get a product, that is adjusted to your needs and tested in the field.
PRICE OF THE PROGRAM
Your investment
The program will be paid in a one-time investment or a monthly fee of 80 CHF. Your spot will be reserved, by the moment you inscribe and make your first payment. You'll get the introduction video and the first task by the beginning of March and then you'll move in your own pace.ā You can move slower through the program without extra charge. The accompaniment normally ends by the end of August. For the first run starting in March, you can hold your exam until September (Switzerland) or October (Barcelona).
Consider:
After the formation, you can hold for example 4 classes with 4 people and charge about 25 CHF per person and you'll have the invested money back. If you are based in Switzerland, you can hold your classes under very cool conditions in Sous Terrain Studio Bern. + By only selling five decks, you'll get 100 CHF. This is be a win-win mission!

The Swiss artist with Brazilian roots began her career as a Hip-Hop dancer in her teens, which led her to participate in various battles and helped her make a name for herself in the local scene. As a crew leader and organizer, she gained experience by leading her association ‘Bringitback Company’ (2015-2025) from which ‘Duo Siams’ developed, who won some gold medals nationally and silver at the Paris 'Quality Fine Street’ (2018).
She completed her preparatory studies at the Zurich University of the Arts (2018), followed by a fitness and yoga teacher training (2021/2025) and multiple engagements as model, performer and choreographer, while she was teaching dance as a self-employed in her studio Sous Terrain (2020-2025) and mainly starting to get booked as a solo performer.
To ensure a solid professional base in the performing arts, she decided to follow a formation in physical theatre after Jacques Lecoq in Barcelona (2024-2026). She brought to life her first stage play and is broadening her experience as performer and art director on stage and film set in Switzerland and Spain. She got accepted at the BAU University of Barcelona in a Master for Set Design and Art Direction that she will be starting in October 2026.
Muud has been working as a teacher since her teenage years. She brings very practical experience and tools to create unique, creative spaces.
