Agility

LEVEL 3 OF EARTH: AGILITY.

Agility describes the ability to move freely, lightly and safely. It is the competence to react quickly to changing circumstances and challenges. It is a collection of qualities such as speed, balance and coordination. This level gives you the chance to go a step further into your physical ranges and to experience movement from a playful and courageous perspective.

7. Footwork

Increase the complexity of your steps by exploring the possibilities of the sole of your feet, your ankles and toes.

  • Bouncy motion & jumps

  • Angles: Heel, toes, foot rails

  • Variation of Slides & Crip Walks

8. Balance

Challenge your balance by getting into courageous postures, excentric spins and dynamic moves on only one leg.

  • Complex postures

  • Spins & Turns

  • On one leg

 

Confidence: What happens if you intentionally lose balance and recyce the released energy?

9. Floor Work

Explore movement on the floor level, starting from different initial positions. 

  • On all fours - face down / up

  • Seated, squatting, on your knees

  • Laying, rolling, planking
