LEVEL 2 OF FIRE: THE DYNAMICS!
With the foundation of level 1 (The Instinct), you can now go a step further and start to play with irregularity and more virtuous patterns of rhythm and accentuation. When your dance is dynamic, it means that there are changes, highs and lows and a play of density; how many moves happen in a certain time frame? In the ingredient of musicality you are invited to examine those choices in relation to the elements you hear in the sound and to catch them, ignore them or interpret them with your own twist.
4. Rhythm
Try to divine the rhythmical pattern of the dominant percussive elements. Define the counts and maintain the pattern.

Play: Skip and add counts. Find irregularities in the rhythm.
5. Musicality
Train your ears! Try to isolate an element or instrument in the music. Dance only on one element at the time, then combine.
