LEVEL 3 OF FIRE: THE MEANING <3
Time to add depth to the dance. This is the level where you investigate the layer that comes from the heart and explore, how you can make your message readable. We use the rawest of all tools - the emotion - but also explore the most effective layers of communication: our hands and our face in ordert to express, what we want to say. Find the good balance between honesty and vulnerability versus performance and acting.
7. Emotion
Connect with an emotion that arises in the moment. It can be your true emotional state or an emotion evoked by the music.

8. Gestures
Speak using your hands. Research the possibilities of different gestures to express and support your message.
