Flow
LEVEL 1 OF WATER: THE FLOW
For you to be able to dive into the fantastic, complex world of water, it is important to allow yourself to get into your flow first. Start your sessions by 5-10 uninterrupted minutes of fluid motion, without the specific intention to freestyle. Find the location and the music that supports you in this cause. Level 1 of water evolves from the fluidity of movement and the play that this quality offers. You'll see, that you can either just get carried away, or become quite subtle and meticulous with your flow. Have fun!
